Izakaya were never meant to be formal. They're the room you duck into after work, where plates arrive as they're ready and the sake keeps pace with the conversation. That's the room we're building on a quiet corner of Prospect Heights — grilled skewers, simmered vegetables, cold beer, and a counter worth sitting at alone.
